Meet Jane

Jane conducts assessments for adolescents and adults (12+) that are wanting to explore a diagnosis of ADHD, she also supports her clients to reach their goals after their assessment. This is usually through a referral to an ADHD pratctioner or coach. If medication is something you would like to explore, Jane will help guide you through the steps involved.

Jane also sees adolescents and adults (12+) for therapy, working from a trauma-informed, warm and empathetic framework. Jane tailors therapy to the individual and works collaborativley with her clients when planning for goals of therapy.

Additionally, Jane conducts cognitive assessments, forensic assessments and personality profiling.

Jane also has an extensive background in mediation and works with clients that are struggling in the workplace, feeling burnt out or wanting to change careers.

Jane primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Workplace Mediation and Mindfulness.
